Why ergonomics coaching?

Whether office, home office or mobile workplaces, ergonomics must offer increasingly diverse and individual solutions to prevent musculoskeletal disorders, the number one cause of illness in Germany. To meet these challenges, Wellnow offers ergonomics coaching for individuals as well as groups.


How does ergonomics coaching work?

Building on a short presentation on basic information on the subject of ergonomics and ergonomic working, live individual tips and recommendations are given on the best possible ergonomic setup of the participants' workplace. At the same time, behavioral recommendations and tips for specific back problems are given and the individual posture of the participants is included.

What is there to consider during implementation?

Courses can be booked in 20-, 30- or 60-minute units
Uncomplicated booking, coordination and payment of the units via the Wellnow booking system
Arrangement of regular appointments with 60 minutes minimum per week
Professional and certified health coaches from your area
Typically employer participation of 50 to 100% (self-pay also possible)
