After all details and dates are coordinated, Wellnow will select an appropriate health coach for your course.

A dedicated website will be created for your Lidl company where employees can sign up for the course in our online calendar at the appropriate dates. Employees will receive a calendar invitation and a link to the video tool (Cisco Webex) through which the livestreamings will be held.

Of course, participants can also skip the camera and sound if they wish, and thus participate in the course without their own image and sound.

Very low. After the offer has been booked and the first appointment has taken place, everything usually takes care of itself. The goal must be to quickly establish a routine, also in the minds of the employees, after that it is hardly any effort. The customer consultants of Wellnow will try to take over the organization as far as possible.

Dates and registration procedures must be clearly communicated. In addition, a day of the week with high acceptance should be chosen so that as many employees as possible can participate.

Mostly fixed dates are planned and then implemented, this is important for planning reliability on both sides. In emergencies, an adjustment can be made up to 48 hrs before the start of the appointment.
