Regulations in case of cancellation or reduction
What claim do I have as a Wellnow Health Coach in case of cancellations and schedule changes of already confirmed appointments?
If shortenings and cancellations are received by 12:00 noon on the day before the appointment, 0% of the planned service will be remunerated. From 12:00 noon on the day before the appointment, 75% of the planned service will be remunerated for shortenings and cancellations.
What deadlines do I have to adhere to if I need to cancel or adjust dates that have already been confirmed?
Any adjustments to already confirmed appointments must be announced or requested in writing (by mail) to Wellnow by 12:00 noon the day before the appointment.
If Wellnow suffers a loss of revenue due to the fact that the cooperating health coach does not provide the service or provides it late without excuse, or does not give notice within the periods specified herein, Wellnow will charge the health coach 75% of the resulting loss of revenue. In addition, the Health Coach will incur a contractual penalty in the amount of 50% of the loss of sales suffered, so that Wellnow can offer the next booking to the customer concerned at a 50% discount.
