Wellnow is a successful and well-funded grown-up in Berlin. Our team shares a common vision: We want to become the world's leading service platform for smart corporate health solutions. Our mission is to enable all employees to reach their full potential — every day!
What we plan to do
For this purpose, we are developing the Wellnow platform for booking and implementing smart corporate health solutions. Having already convinced over 500 corporate clients and hundreds of health coaches (physiotherapists, personal trainers, psychologists, etc.), we are now taking the next step. And that's exactly why we're looking for reinforcements!
What you can expect in Account Management
- You will be fully integrated as quickly as possible and take over your own pool of corporate clients and look after them on your own responsibility
- You ensure a smooth operational process of your customers' appointments and are in constant contact with our partner management
- You will familiarize yourself with our platform and our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), learn how to use them and accompany their maintenance and optimization
- You will receive your own project, which you will drive forward independently
Of course, you will not be left alone with your tasks, but will work together with your colleagues from Account Management. You will discuss, conceptualize, research, make phone calls, analyze and get the chance to put your ideas into practice.

Who we need for this
We are looking for a motivated, talented intern to join our team and know that each and every one of them can make a decisive contribution to making the vision a reality. If you want to gain experience in a professional grown-up, shape your work independently and get proactively involved, you've come to the right place.
What you should bring with you
- You are currently completing an ongoing degree in business administration, communication or social sciences, health management, psychology or a comparable field of study
- You are never satisfied with the status quo, you are results-oriented, proactive and full of energy
- You like to approach people and are communicative
- You convince with a confident appearance, have a feeling for the needs of the customers and like to pick up the phone
- You can motivate yourself, have a hands-on mentality and pull together with everyone
- You are fluent German and have a good command of English
If you are interested in these tasks and have a large part of the requirements described, then we look forward to receiving your application and getting to know each other! The compulsory internship starts on 01.10.2023, lasts 6 months and is carried out full-time (40h/week).
