Why Back Fit?
Back Fit is one of the classic courses in the context of workplace health promotion. There is probably no one who has not experienced neck or back pain from sitting too much and working on the computer. Long-term incorrect and too much sitting in combination with lack of movement in the spine often leads to chronic damage such as slipped discs & Co. This course aims to give the back a time out and to counteract the negative influences of sitting a lot preventively through functional balancing exercises
What is done at Rücken Fit?
In Back Fit, all exercises focus on the muscles along the spine that are stressed by sitting. In addition, involved muscles and structures are moved that often have an influence on back problems, e.g. the hip flexor. The goal is to activate these muscles and involved structures such as tendons, ligaments and joints to preventively counteract long-term damage. In doing so, our professional trainers address the individual level of each participant with different variations of the exercises.
